Deposit and Payment

For a confirmed reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit to our account. Only then will your reservation be valid.

Please pay the remaining balance in cash on the evening before your departure. We do not accept credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

Up to 3 months before arrival: No cancellation fee

Up to 1 month before arrival: 3 days will be charged

From 1 month before arrival or early departure: 80% of the booked stay

The booking conditions according to Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

Travel Insurance

A booking is a purchase contract. Cancellation, late arrival and early departure will incur cancellation fees.

Unforeseen circumstances can happen to anyone (illness, accident, …). Therefore, we recommend taking out travel insurance for such cases.
